Generally speaking email is rarely responded to. It just isn't, you would have to call. or go to their office for an appointment They are a very face to face people,
Check the business directory at the top of the page for possible legal services. I have directed several attorneys there. Yep there is one in Yucatan, and another in Mexico city

Thanks, for the info. I have noticed the same issue trying to see if there is a heart specialist that is familiar with my heart disease at the Heart Institute in the city next to San Miguel de Allende. No phone number, and no one will respond to an email. Hopefully we will get a Immigration Attorney that can help us out  and then I will do a face to face at the Heart Institute.

Do you have yellow pages ? Some specialists advertise. That is how I found a urologist for a family member, but that was a well recognized hospital in Merida. I would start by seeing who the heart institute is what has been their reviews etc. "heart institute" is actually just a label.
The hospital in Merida is called "Star Medical" sounds iffy doesn't it ? But no it is quite a recognized hospital and if a president was to visit the area and become ill that is where he/ she would go. You might want to start with the hospital and a doctor.   They may need to see you and refer you, perhaps an internist.

We are still in the USA, and I have a rare heart disease that we want to make sure the Dr is familiar with. That is why I tried to communicate via email. I will go to the Heart Institute when we arrive in Mexico.

You might want your doctor there to contact them then.
What I was trying to tell you is they may be a group that must be physician referred. They are not part of the hospital, but the hospital does send people to them.

Groups like that often do not take walk- ins or communicate with would be patients. Your doctor would be better suited to talk to them in their language.
This is not my opinion it is my observation after working many years in the medical profession. I'm trying to help you San M.
