Hi everyone,

As most of us can probably agree, in the Sultanate, you don't stand a snowball's chance in hell of getting an NOC letter when you complete your contract here in Oman, which limits your career, growth and financial opportunities. However, due to recent talks in the Times of Oman -

We may be able to change jobs once we complete our contracts. Could anyone be kind enough to shed some light as to when they predict these changes may take place? Or are they simply just yanking our chains, so to speak, providing a glimmer of hope to us mere mortals...
