NOC law for dual citizens

Hi,

Can someone who is clued up answer this for me,

If you finish your contract in Oman and your employer won't give you an NOC, if you have dual citizenship, could you then apply to return back to Oman using your other passport? And then not need to wait 2 years.

Hi John,
For someone who is having citizenship, what is the need of a visa. I am sorry if I'm wrong. Was just trying to find out how this all works.

Not Omani citizenship obviously. 2 passports from 2 different countries. e.g: a person with a British passport and a Swedish passport.
