hi,
I am working in driver visa in saudi. My son is here with me under my dependent. I want to go for exit. As per rules I made online payment for my sons tax through Fees collection for All Registered Associates on the Head of Household Iqama via alrahjhi and then I did final exit for my son via Absher account. When my sponser tried to make exit for me, he was not able because as per Jawasat office my son was not exit as tax was not paid. so we paid again in Jawasat office. I tried to make refund in online account using Fees collection for All Registered Associates on the Head of Household Iqama but is showing no fund. Is there any way to get back my money i paid online.

Usually the system will be updated every 24 hours, so try to check after tomorrow.

You've to get whatever the unused balance is there, but if you didn't then you'll never get that amount.聽
