Is City & Guilds UK qualification recognized in Malaysia?

Hi,

Can I know whether City & Guilds UK vocational qualification for diploma in Electrical Engineering given recognition for employment in Malaysia?

It might be if you have sufficient years of experience i.e. 5-7 yrs for a Professional employment pass.聽 But there is another system called Foreign Workers and that type of work permit would be easier to get.
