moving to slovania need some urgent information

Hi guys i have to ask few question i hope you guys wont mind to reply me back of my post.i am coming to slovania on visit visa from pakistan, i want to study there in undergraduate programme i want to know 1 cheap university where i can do complete my studies of business & administration.2nd question if i can get asylum then can i go to university?how can i get asylum is it easy to get?

I think that faculty of Economics in the capital of Slovenia is one of the best in Europe. I don't know how much it costs though. Secondly, with regards to asylum. EU countries are reluctant to provide asylum to foreigners, unless you can prove that moving back to you country could be harmful to your well being. I would advise of getting a working visa instead.
