Dear All

I am expecting to know that I have obtain Oman resident visa But I back to my country on 4th June-2017, where 6 months already passed. in this circumstance, My visa is expired or still i can entree to the Oman.

Hi N. Islam Rana,

Going back to Oman would not be possible since you do not have a NOC.

You can return after the completion of the 2-years from the time of your departure.

If your employer has not filed any lawsuits against your name, that is.

There is no other way of you coming back on an employment visa.
