Free calls options are welcome.
Less charge calls options are also to be shared.

I think WhatsApp works on Zain network only. I am using mobily, it doesn't work there. but imo works on every network.

Then get some voip apps where you have to pay minimally and make calls to the other person not having internet connectivity !!

I am assuming that you are asking, you are currently outside Saudi Arabia and wanted to call your friends and family members inside Saudi Arabia but they are not connected to internet.

Zain WiFi Calling is the best solution. How?

Get a Zain KSA SIM card with any package having on-net free calls, put it into your iphone, turn on WiFi Calling in the iphone, connect to any wifi available outside Saudi

Now you can call them at their KSA mobile/fixed phone (Zain/STC/Mobily) at local rate.

If the person that you are calling in India is always the same person then send him a zain sim then ask him to put the sim into an iphone and enable wifi calling.

Now he can call you and vice versa. The charge is just like he is inside Saudi, local rate.
