I viewed a聽 2 bedroom apartment for rent in Sleman Yogyakarta recently. The owner is asking for 92 million rupiah a year.聽 This place has a聽 super nice view and faces North.聽 Does not include water, electric, or wifi or cable.聽 Is this a good price for an apartment you think?聽 I saw a similar one but it was a single and look just like a hotel room with聽 a tiny refrigerator but it was brand new never lived in for 63 million rupiah.聽 Are these good prices for Yogyakarta or in Indonesia in general.聽 The owner of the 2 bedroom is firm on the price and wants only cash or a money transfer.聽 Let me know what think.

If the place is made of solid gold and you get unlimited free pizza and ice cream, it's a great deal.
If it's a 2 bed flat, it's a crazy price.

You can move into the city and pay a lot less.

Yeah I got the feeling it was too high also and the representative made no attempt to tell me anything about the place.聽 Only when will I move in and when can I pay.聽 I will continue the search.
