RP Talent and Dependent Pass Cancallation

I am having employment pass valid until Nov 2018. I want to apply for RP-Talent. I understand I need to cancel all dependent passes before stamping RP-T for me and dependents.
My children have left Malaysia and are currently in Canada. Their dependent pass has not been cancelled.
To makethings even more complicated, their passport have been renewed in Canada.

How can I get the DP cancelled here in Malaysia without their visit to Malaysia?
Seeking experts advise.
