Salary 1500 USD Per Month with accommodation

Hi Everyone,

I have been offered a job in Westlands, Nairobi with accommodation. The salary is 1500 USD per month. I want to know how much can I expect to spend on food expenses (3 meals, light breakfast, small meal during lunch, a sort of mid-sized meal during dinner)?

I belong to upper middle class in India. I aim to spend only 12000-15000 on my food and day to day expenses, so that I can send remaining amount to my family in India.

Welcome to Kenya.
Nairobi can be costly to live in if you don't know the best places to get things at affordable prices. You should hugely consider the location you choose to live in as that will determine the overall expenses.
