Noc for investor

Post new topic

Stalin Edward

Hi, I am in the mid of a new wll cr process, I am stuck with the noc from my current sponsor, before he agreed and now it is a doubt.

What are the other possibilities and can I cancel my visa and will moic accept it.. how to proceed.

I would be more glad to hear from Mr. Xtang.

Anyone has experienced this, please contribute

XTang

Hi Stalin, unfortunately, if you are currently on a visa in Bahrain, an NOC from your sponsor is an absolute must.Ìý

The alternative is of course to cancel your visa and then apply.Ìý MOIC will accept but what you should know is that you only have 30 days to transfer to another company.Ìý And the process for setting up a company can easily take longer than that (MOIC approval -> Office address, MOA notarised, capital deposit certificate, company becoming active with license and then finally LMRA registration).Ìý ÌýIf you plan ahead however i.e. line up the right office address and bank, you can do it much quicker.

Is it possible for you to set it up in your wife's name as an SPC or as WLL with someone else as partner?Ìý once it is active, you can cancel your visa, amend the MOA, add yourself as a director and apply for your visa.Ìý SPC can easily be converted to WLL also. Much shorter process and again, no NOC required.

Ask Your company to make one lettre where they will put all kind of conditions, like i asked my company incase anybody ask you whyÌý you want all conditions, Tell them incase i don't find a job so i have all the possibilities

"We have no objection that mr X can join any company in or outside Bahrain.

Mr X can join a company and participate in it, become a shareholder, a partner or the owner.

This letter done to assert that right

XTang

Yes if they are willing to give it in the first place.Ìý I had a similar one issued with anti-competition clauses.

I pass my resignatiom to my employer and request to give me NOC to open a CR but he refuse to give me what is the other option to proceed my CR. thanksÌý

Only other option is to get your visa cancelled, leave Bahrain, come back on an investor visa (Type of visit visa), finish your process / formalities and get an investor work visa.Ìý

Hi Sir, Finaly i got the NOC from my employer today. What is the next step ?? I already pass my resignation and will be effective by end of this month ...

Thanks a lot ..
XTang
You have to upload the NOC in your application for the CR on Sijilat.bh.
Maryam
@XTang thanks a lot ..

@Mary Rose De Paz

1. Wait for the approval from NPRA and MOICT for the name etc.
2. Pay for CR without license.
3. Go to get a license.
4. Sign lease for your office.
5. Upload lease, EWA bill, office photo with board displaying your company name etc along with the memorandum of the company.
6. If all the above approved sign memorandum before notary and take notarized memorandum to the bank to open a bank account.
7. When bank account is opened upload bank account certificate and notarized memorandum in sijilat.
8. If there are no other issues, then final CR will be issued and you can pay the fee.

These are the most common steps and lease requirements will differ from business center and normal office. In case if any authority will ask anything additional, you have to provide that as well.

@Hi Sir, My NOC already approved .. and my company will cancel my visa by end of this month but MY CR still on process . Can i apply investor visa straight after cancellation of my working visaÌý while waiting for my CR to be active or shall i wait to be active before applying investor . please advise .. Thanks a lot ..

XTang
Read the above link carefully.Ìý Your questions have already been answered in that.

You cannot apply for a visa until the CR is active.Ìý And even then, after being active, it has to be registered with LMRA for you to be able to apply the visa.Ìý As I said, read the link.
Maryam

@XTangÌý thanks for the response ..

You need to wait until CR is Active.

Register the company in LMRA.

Get the LMS Login Details and then apply for the Investor Visa.
