South African seeking Work/Student Visa

Hi, I'm Julie from Cape Town with a South African Passport and no EU Visa or EU Passport.
I am planning to do a TEFL course in Madrid and then teach English there.聽 However, I am told that it is impossible for a South African to get a Spanish Visa.聽 Does anyone know of a company that offers a service to do this or some way of me achieving my goal?
