I wonder if anyone can help me . Mr and my wife are just in the process of selling our home in the UK. Completion date should be around 6 weeks time. We have decided on moving to tenerife. We are coming over for a week to search for a long term rental property. We are hoping for some where in the south. Does anyone know of any agents that will meet us and take us around varies properties to be able to secure a home.

Sorry I cannot answer your question but take advice re your potential tax situation.

In certain circumstances you may find yourself tax resident in spain for the whole of 2018.聽

If that becomes so you will be taxable in Spain on your worldwide income for 2018 which could mean you will be liable to capital gains tax on the sale of your property in U.K.
