Hi!!! Do I need to report to health ministry?

Hi Guys,

I am a filipino working in the restaurant as a chef,

I was sick for 2days and have my medical certificate from jeddah national hospital but my maneger didn't accept it insted i got deduction of 2days,

What would I do?聽

Do I need to repost to health menisry?

Try to contact your office or someone who is in charge of your manager.

Check your contract regarding absences due to sickness and whether or not the hospital which provided your medical certificate is acknowledged by your company.

Report it to your HR or head office. It is a violation to deduct full day salary when sick leave is submitted.
