Newborn Final exit visa - Iqama/ passport required or not?

Dear All,

I am working in private company and I have a question regarding final exit of newborn.

I want to go for final exit immediately after birth of new born.

My query is do we need to process for Iqama also?

What are the documents compulsory for final exit out of these 3 .... Birth certificate, Passport and Iqama...

Second query is can we take appointment of Ahwal al Madni before the birth of baby to do fast processing of birth certi?

THird query is What about dependent fees for new born?

Please provide your advice.
