Hi, are you going to Bukovel or at something other city?
I know that at other ski resorts such as Slavskoe it is very difficult to get adequate medical care in the case of trauma or fracture.
If your hotel/appartment are far from ski mountain you should think about transportation.

If you.re going in 7 weeks is there even going to be any snow to ski on by then? In my experience it's usually nearer Christmas or even later in the New Year than in October / November. I've just looked on Bukovel's website and there's no snow at all in fact it looks more like a spring morning .

There won't be any snow in 7 weeks on any of the resorts. At best you will see snow end of November.
