Hi, I'm actually seeking for help regarding an issue :

I am to write a justification letter on why I need this expat, however he is the director/ shareholder of this restaurant in Malaysia. Can someone kindly suggest me on what reason can I provide in my justification letter. Your kind help would be much appreciated.

So immigration has turned down the EP application because they view the person as purely an investor.

You need to explain what unique skills the person has which are needed to help run the business.
