I just found this very cool site a few days ago and added my blog () to the directory.聽 I'm an American (L.A. -> D.C. -> RIchmond, VA -> Durham, NC) who married a German and moved to Germany (Berlin -> Rostock -> Potsdam) in 2002.聽

I'm glad to meet you all and look forward to exchanging thoughts and ideas in the future!

Hello Christina!

Welcome. I'm also an American living in Germany. I moved to Munich 11 months ago and love it. It's always nice to read the experiences of another U.S. expat's blog living in Germany.

I took two semester of German in college, but there were 9 years between that and my move, so I didn't speak much German.聽 I'm pretty close to fluent by now.聽 And thanks Heather.
