Please need to know Type of visa that allows Job application inside Oman later if I decide to apply job openings?and how to apply for it?

While your query is not clear, let me just clarify that an expatriate can come and work in Oman, only on an employment visa.

No other visa would allow for an expatriate to be gainfully employed.

You can enter Oman on a visit/tourist visa which is possible through a travel agent/hotel. I had come through the same visa through a travel agent from Oman who charged me 50 Omani rials for the same. After coming here I applied for job through a reference and after securing the job the company arranged a employment visa for me upon which I had to exit to Dubai and come back on the Employment visa to Oman and start my Job.
