Can anyone advise me please whether mould problem is very common on the island? Any info appreciated.

Also, would you be kindly let me know how much do you spend on weekly grocery shopping (approximately)?聽 Price for a hair cut? Or maybe even vet visits if you know?
I would much appreciate. I'm checking numbeo but it's not very accurate and doesn't have that info anyway.
