Type of Apartment to Rent For Spouse Visa Belgium

Hi,

I have just reached brussels on work permit and looking for an apartment or a studio. My Wife is still in India and will be applying for Dependent Visa after I provide her a Rental agreement from belgium.

My question is does the Belgium consulate provide a specification of the apartment to live for example it should be a Apartment or a studio with minimum this Area like that.

Here in brussels apartment are very expensive. Me and my wife are ok with a studio but I need to know if I make a rental agreement on a studio whether it will create some issues while my wife applies for her visa in the belgium consulate in india.

Also let me know how much time does it take to process her spouse visa. I have just reached brussels 2 weeks back.
