Hi all,

Has anyone had any experience obtaining a certificado Digitale as this is a requirement for my visa application.

Where is this usually done, what are the costs and how long does it take?

Thanks in advance

Not knowing what type visa and from what country entering into BR it is difficult to help.
What is the application stating and for what document needed for certificado Digitale?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply

It’s for the application of a golden visa for (UK) citizen.

I need the certificado digitale to start the application process as the whole process is now done online and not in person as before.

Thanks in advance,

Ikex

The retirement visa was eliminated as part of the 2017 reform of the immigration laws.
I believe you are going to need to speak with the consulate as to options.
I will "bump" to others with better knowledge.

Thank you Texanbrazil,

I managed to get the certificado digitale. It was a straight forward process and cost 150 reais and will last one year, this will now enable me to start the visa process online.

I will update all with my progress and any issues I encounter.

Thanks again

Great. Parabens
