Compund offerring large villa

I will shortly be moving to Jeddah to start a new job, and are being accompanied by wife and 4 children (6, 2, 1 and newborn). I'll therefore be looking for a large villa (5+ bedrooms). I would appreciate guidance as to any recommedned compounds and/or areas that may offer villa's of this size?? And cost??
