Hi,

I am a Indian resident thinking to start a small food and beverage business in Europe.
Till now what i have researched, the cheapest option for me is either Romaina or Bulgaria. Both having good business potential in future and may be they would become part of Schengen zone soon.
Other option is Portugal because of its touristic value and low cost living.

I am looking for some native person to do partnership with me on this project. He/she do not need to invest ..i will do the investment.
I want that person to take care of the local legal formalities .. and help me in Initial stage of business. i will share 20% of the profit for this.

Thanks
Narinder

Curious that one proposes to start a business in Romania, Bulgaria or Portugal but has a profile saying they intend to move to Germany. And you say you are an Indian resident but are you an Indian citizen or what? Not every resident of India is a citizen. And of course this is an initial inquiry so not all the details are needed but more than what is posted.

I am not interested but if I were I would want to know what your experience in such a business is? Do you already run such a business and want to expand it - or this this something new? And honestly, providing all of the capital and knowhow and then only asking 20% of the profits, so 80% for the local person just to take care of paperwork sound too good to be true. I think one would need a lot more information and details to rule out a scam. And to start a business in a foreign country just because they are cheap is not a good reason. How should one do this without knowing the local tastes, rules, business environment etc. Sounds extremely naïve at best, even if it is not a scam.

It is not easy to reach the profit stage ... neither guaranteed. If you're focusing on food business, then better carefully select the place, so that you can get as many clients as possible.

I can help with some ideas for nice places in Bulgaria.
