can one live well on 1174$ us per month in phnom penh

Easy , I eat at 2$-3$ restaurants, twice a day , shop at outdoor markets , 200-250$ a month for food, I live in a really nice place ( I really don鈥檛 need it) 500$ 50$ electric, and I travel to Vietnam to visit my girlfriend, so 1200$ is more than I usually spend , my friend lives in a 250$ a month apartment in Russian market area, it鈥檚 a nice place WiFi ac, cable , so really a person could live on 800-1000 easy I spend alittle more because I have it but if I cut my spending to 1000 even 800 I really think I would be doing about the same, I personally ride a bicycle, so I don鈥檛 use pass app to much , , my friend in the Russian market is getting by on 800$ he鈥檚 enjoying life as much聽 as I
