@ Krishna. I understand the situation.
There are many likewise here in Muscat who gets to be in a 'Soup' after reaching the destination without proper knowledge about their salary packages & other job related terms & conditions.
First & foremost thing you need to make sure is that, 'never to hand over your passport to your company if you intend to leave them'.
As per the law, you have the right to submit your resignation with a 'one month' prior notice period & your company will not have any authority upon you to restrict.
BTW, why did you give your certificates to them (I mean the originals) since thats not a common practice.
Also have you signed any 'Bond' with your company for any specific time period & if yes, then there is a high chance for the company to ask you 'compensation'.

My humble suggestion is, try to convince them saying that you will provide them the expenses (which they spent on you for eg.: to get the VISA, transportation, accomodation etc etc) & you need a release from them by giving back the certificates.
Also, incase If the situatiion gets worse (I hope it will not), do try to contact Indian Embassy here in Muscat.

Hello Krishna,

Sorry to hear of your unfortunate predicament.

Don't waste any more time.

Go to the Indian Embassy and lodge an official complaint with all the original papers that you are carrying.

If the Embassy gets involved in your case, your employer will back-off because they are in the wrong.

Wishing you the best of luck.

@izaan Thanks a Lot..for ur Valuable suggestion....They have taken my Original Certificates to register their Company in Oman And (i have given just by having TRUST on them.)
I am feeling lucky dat i did not Sign any Bond with them.
They wrote as "DURATION OF WORKING-2YEARS" on the Offer letter.

@Sumitran thanks for reply..First of all, I Will convince them. If this will fail then i will go to Indian Embassy .

thanks again..
