Golf membership and competitive play in the Algarve

Hi All, myself and my wife will be moving to the Algarve and are keen golfers. We would like to join a club or society that has competitive on offer as well as good social golf. Any suggestions or recommendations would be welcome.

Are you in the Algarve now?

My boyfriend and I are going to the Algarve next week for 2 weeks to play 5 courses and look around at the towns. To see about living there.

Hi Cynthia, Welcome.

Why don't you contact the golf courses? They usually have members clubs, perhaps you can get additional information of these clubs or others nearby.

@KJS67 My boyfriend and I are arriving Faro聽 Saturday 18th for 2.5 weeks. Staying in Vilamoura & Tavira to golf and look around. Are you there now?
