What do I need to come live and work in Sweden

Hi,
I am an Arab American, I speak, English, Hebrew and Arabic, with more than twelve years experience in the IT field, I have no idea about the IT sector in Sweden, and the living cost. Your feedback is appreciated. How easy or hard is it to get a work visa on my American passport, instead of tourist visa?

Thanks, and of course they will, I just have to be patient, i wish if there was specialized groups on this portal, like software engineering for example
