Moving to Florida....finding a job

Hi,
We are looking at moving across to Florida in the next five years, job dependant. We are currently in Sheffield in the UK.

We have started doing research and i was wondering if anyone knew of any agencies that maybe around that help expats move for the uk to the USA, Seeking job roles that offer sponsorship etc.

or where we may need to start looking to see which companies do offer sponsorship.

Im not really sure where to start looking. My Boyfriend is working to be an accountant and i am a safeguarding manager for a Supply Teaching agency.

any advice, direction pointing, expert knowledge would be greatly appreciated
