Hello everyone,

I hope all is well in your end.

The global health crisis has probably got you worried about your home country and your family back there.

How are you keeping in touch and coping with this situation?

We would really like to hear from you.

Warm regards,

Nothing has really changed, I still watch the news, I can still call my family on the phone. There is also Facebook.

I enjoy listening to BBC Radio 4 and the BBC world service - Both lived streamed by Auntie Beeb for free. Their 'Listen again' podcasts are very handy as you don't have to care about schedules.

Whatsapp and skype look after telephone and video calls

I keep in touch with my Lao family using FB video.
I also read newspapers online for information.

I'm always reading news online from reputable sources. I also contact loved ones and ask them how they are, but the assessment is of course more personal.
