Question regarding parcels coming from Italy and UK

Hi Forum Members,

Good morning.

I have two parcels coming in, one from Italy and other from UK (values are less than dutiable amount), its been more than a month since the parcels were dispatched, it is a registered mail so there is no track available after the parcel left Italy and UK (last update would be after delivery). The sender claims that the parcels are on hold from Bahrain Customs. If i use the same tracking numbers provided by the Italy Post and UK mail on Bahrain Post's website it shows an error saying "The parcel has not arrived to Bahrain yet".

My question is if the parcel is with Bahrain Customs would it show on Bahrain Post website? or there would be no status update and i have to visit Muharraq Post Office.

Usually it does, but with the on-going situation on ground, its better you call up the main PO in muharraq and find out. Try calling them first at different intervals and if they don't receive then plan a visit
