Non recept of Salary from last 4.5 months

I resigned from the company, my notice period is finished on 24/04/2020, I received a simple mail from my company that your notice period is over, so be at home , but they are not mentioning the date of my full & final settlement, I am not getting salary from last 4 ( jan, feb, mar & april -20 )months, even everybody is getting there jan 20 salary, From 24/04/2020, i am at my residence, please suggests me what to do, help me in getting my salary please.

U apply in public prosecution or in labour court. Mke sure u hve the required documnts

It is seriously bad that companies are defaulting over paying their suppliers, this, in turn, leaves companies without money, which in turn leaves many people without their salaries.聽 Something needs to be done about this.聽 It has become an epeidemic here.
