Hi,

My Job contract will end on June 30th, therefore, my EP will expire, is there a way to extend my stay after that without having to leave the country? due to the current situation, it's very likely that I won't be able to fly out anywhere, especially that my country's air traffic is still not open.

Not quite sure...... maybe you should consider to start your own startup to be entitled for the MTEP visa......

Usually no, you need to physically leave and then return as a tourist, if you must return. Usually down to Singapore for a u-turn then back in.
