We live in the UK and hoping to find a reasonable, trustworthy and experience Contractors so we can start building our home in Albion.
This proves to be quite a task.
Nothing but horror stories!!
Can you please let me know if you know any builders who can be trusted and not try to rip us off.

Our architect is Jean Philippe Cleopatre **** lives in Albion and we were fortunate enough to get him to design our home in 2017. It cost us about Rs500,000.

Once we agreed the plan he done all the necessary work and sent it off to the council to be approved.

He is reliable and trustworthy.

He designed a beautiful house opposite my parents home and that鈥檚 how he was recommended.

@DonDanA In my opinion Rs500,000 for a house plan is very very expensive. It may cost around Rs50,000 -100,000.

Looks like I was having a bad day all round.

Of course it鈥檚 extremely expensive. I鈥檒l message you in private 馃う馃徑鈥嶁檧锔�

I only paid 15,000 with half on submission & half on acceptance the end of last year. Changes that needed to be done did not incur an extra charge. All I provided was a preliminary draft design drawing thing of what I wanted for a two level house. My draftsman then made it real.
