Tax Treaty between the UK and Kuwait

Hello everyone,

I understand that there is a tax treaty between the United Kingdom and Kuwait. I want to know how much is it and how does it work?

Been here 9 years and paid no Tax so far.
Unless its changed, you have to be out of UK for a whole Tax year, April till April.
A colleague got in trouble as it used to be 1 year - not specifically a Tax year. He had to stay an extra 4 months for the Tax benefit.
