Oman. Viiva exam for GP drs

Hi everyone, I am GP Dr and I was looking for job as a GP Dr,in Oman聽 so I passed writing exam five months ago but I am still waiting for Oman Viva oral exam. Please let me know when dose the oral viva exam start at Go. Thanks

Hello,
This is Dr Pallavi here. I hope you and you family is safe.
I am working as a Specialist Pediatrician in Oman. I gave my viva around 1 year back at Ministry of Health,Muscat,Oman. Generally,you can take the viva anytime after you clear your theory exam. My exam dates were taken by the hospital where am working now. I guess because of the pandemic it must be getting late for you.
Also,be well prepared for the viva!! It is important you are thoroughly prepared with the common emergencies that you face. They would generally give you a case scenario and depending on that you will have to answer. Be thorough with the ACLS,BLS courses too.
