I have a CIE with my brazilian husband but we've been living in the US.

Can someone point me to links about the new permanent visas and the process to change then to the new visa type??

Thanks

If you have a CIE, you don't need to change it:  it's automatically treated as a CRNM.

The renewal rules haven't changed.  As long as there's less than two years before your visits to Brazil, you're good.  If your CIE has an expiration date and is approaching it. see the Polícia Federal web page on "Autorização de Residência":  the renewal rules should be there.  I'd start about six months before expiration.
