Hello all,
If I were buying scotch, wine or other liquors from a reputed store in person or online, are there any precautions or issues that I should be aware of?
Thanks

Scammers
There are plenty in KL and they're all after your cash. The other thing is fake booze - That stuff can kill you.
Buy from well respected outlets only

Thanks Fred,
I was looking at wine warehouse. I haven't seen any negative reviews there.

Just buy from Tesco or Jusco who arent going to sell fake or illegal goods.

The high cost has caused people to go into business for themselves and they make batches in their bathtubs and sell to friends. Im not sure I would trust a product like that not to kill me. However I have had homemade beer it was delicious. Sales of untaxed liquor is a problem in Malaysia and they were just talking about this in the news recently. Those people go to jail.

Ok that said, whats the process for making a pot of scotch, can that be done easily?

Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer or online like Albert wines are safe and dependable.
