Greetings!

I would like to ask is there anyone here who tried applying for Schengen Visa. I am planning to attend a training in the Netherlands and I would like to know where is the best place to apply for the visa and how much would it cost for a 90-day visa (But I will be there for a maximum of 3 weeks).
