I heared from NOT officials, but that Filipina sourse is correct normaly, so perhaps worth researching for them it concern.

She talked about quarantaine when coming back to home after being in other zone at other island inside Phils.
She said it has become possible to have quarantaine at own home IF in separate section of the home and IF it has been approved by health inspector. They haven't done it yet, but are aiming at to do so when her husband get home.

My wife and I were able to quarantine at home after a day trip to Tacloban last month. House has to be inspected and approved by a sanitation inspector from the Health Department.
