Moving to Tanzania - bring vs. leave behind?

Hello!
I'm most likely taking a job in Tanzania (Arusha), and the company advised me to bring everything and anything I might need - with me on the plane, as opposed to shipping (due to import restrictions). Any advice on what would absolutely be essential to bring along - either because it's not available in Tanzania or just too expensive? Thinking about things like electronics, kitchen appliances, and other random household stuff that I normally just buy when I move to another country. A list of 'be sure to bring' vs. 'leave behind' based on your own experiences would be really helpful! Thanks in advance
