Is there a way I can check on that complaint because I don't have a paper for that. And can i still transfer to a new employer if this continues? Pls advise me

I already tried those means. Their hotline mostly caters to covid. And on the website, it does Not show any place to check or inquire about a complaint.
I already talked to my boss 1 week after i stopped working but insisted that i am relieved from duty but i did not receive any memo regarding that. I am now confused
Ask your bos whats complaint from MOH about? And ask whats solutions, if no solutions you can start searching other job place
Labour court is waste of time. Just quit, there are somethings in this kingdom just not worth it, one, is dealing with an employer who knows what he's doing. Being a slave driver!
I think you are confusing who filed the complaint. MOH is the Ministry of Health whereas MOHRE is the labor ministry. MOH complaints would be related to Covid protocol violations or medical fitness whereas MOHRE could be due to many many reasons e.g. working in a profession which is different to the iqama profession etc.
So instead of confusing yourself and others, try to find out first as to actually WHO filed the complaint and then, what was the complaint. No one can give you any legal advice without knowing these two things.
My boss is saying that the father of my previous patient filed a complaint against me in MOH. but i did not get any call or paper from MOH. i kept on waiting for any update but nothing. It is already almost 1 month of not working.
You can go to MOH , complaint section and inquire about it to make sure there is one to start with!
Usually if there is, you will be requested to go to MOH to give your testimony and reply to the complaint.
And how is your employer going to know if you went out to buy food?? Is he tracking your phone or something? That is weird
It’s a bit clear now. Do you work in private or public medical facility ?
I work in a private health facility. I can't even buy my stuff. Our boss does not even allow me. Is this thing legal? Because he said if I go out, he will report me as missing.
Previously when we go out we always ask permission. But now he does not even allow me to go out to buy food. I badly need assistance
Buy food or go outside not have any related with complaints from patient. If patient complaints court/MOH will call you to attend questions/trial . That's why better to ask your bos clearly
Since april 13 he never allowed me to go out. How could I go out. Is there a law that can justify me if ever I will go out without asking permission?
Feom the time they told me there is a complaint against me, MOH never called me nor was given a copy of that "complaint or case". That is why I am so confused.
Hi, your boss is trying to scare you with all this, I would recommend you to contact any legal firm by calling them and asking for some information against this complaint, as well try searching online for moh complaints and inquiries email. You can give your details and ask the actual situation.
Also register yourself on qiwa.sa for transfer and other related support as an employee.
I hope this helps a lot of people in need.

What your boss is doing is totally illegal, this is consider as unlawful imprisonment. Go back to work as normal, secure yourself with proof that he asked you not to come to work so when there is Huroob report you can prove to the ministry that it is fake. Regarding the complaint against you, and since you work in private medical facility, the legal medical commission will in fact contact the hospital and provide the statement of claim of the plaintiff. It will show if you are a second defendant or not. Beat to contract legal medical commission: General Department of Forensic Medicine Centers

Please guys understand this clearly: your boss/company/ employer is not the court and most of the time they do huge mistakes since they know you are not going to court bc you are afraid.
How could I go back to work if there is no scheduled work for me. Since they relieved me from work, i did not hear any update.
You can use ur Absher account to register in qiwa
Once registered u can login and check ur credentials and access.
Which section in absher is that? I can not find it
I already did try to ask our HR/ nursing directress but she does not give me a copy of the case. I also called MOH hotline but they are not helpful at all. I badly need help
Open your absher there is a general query if there is a complaint you will see it there. Ask the help of your embassy, what they are doing is illegal.

There is no way unless the person is willing to do so

Look first of all, this is not a labor law related matter. This is an internal policy of an MOH hospital. They are the ones who are not giving her an exit and release. It is very difficult to convince bureaucrats. She can try and file a court case but this will cost money and there is no guarantee of any positive outcome.
@Arsal7 same case i heared before one of the patient relative make this complain against one nurse as he offers her to be her sugar daddy and she refused, and she did not complain to administartion and in last she have to leave
