House sale before settlement in Denmark

Hi everybody.

I am french and I am going to settle in Copenhagen for some years. I want to sell my house in France but the sale will occur after settling in DK. Do somebody know if there will be taxes to pay in Dk for this sales ? I will have already some taxes to pay in France.

The main rule is that you won't be taxated.

My house is the house where i live so i assume it fully complies with the rules given in the websites. I hope i will avoid taxes as mentioned.
