What's the situation can anyone guide?

Hi everyone,

Recently ( 24th May) Bahrain put some countries on the red list ( Pakistan, India, Bangladesh & Nepal etc)

So my question is it only for people who are travelling on a tourist visa? Actually, my work visa is in process. So would I be able to travel or no? As I am coming from a red list country.

It is for everyone who isn't a citizen or a resident of Bahrain i.e. basically anyone who has a visa of whichever type and / or visa on arrival.   

There is some clarity needed on this but if we follow the literal definition, you won't be eligible to enter as you are a work visa holder and not a resident.  Alternatively, you could be allowed as you get residency sticker at the airport.  I would suggest to check with the airline in your home country or ask your sponsor to provide you clarity.
