Indian marriage act

Hi,

I am posting this question on behalf of my friend, who is married and moved to mauritius with her husban. She now has a problem in her marriage life due to her ex-boyfriend. Now her husband has filed a devorce case against her in Maritius, is this valid? Can indian couple get devorce in maritius without her councent? and now she is in India, and her husband sent her a notice from Mauritius to be present in Mauritius for devorce hearing. It is not even a year since both are married. So please advice should she even respond the notice? and can they apply for devorce in Mauritius when they were married in India?
Note : both are still Inidan citizen and not Maurtius citizens.

he has to come to indian since you are officially married in india, as well as see if you both are hindu,(budhist,sikh jain)then you will come under hindu marriage act 1955.
according to indian law No petition for divorce to be presented within one year of marriage.
