He doesn't have a document or a passport so he is a  stateless person I just need somebody help to guide me through the right process to obtain a birth certificate in Bahrain thanks

For a baby born in Bahrain, as an orphan, without known parents, automatically gets Bahraini citizenship.

So this stateless situation could happen one of two ways ie passport stripped by original issuing country - absolutely nothing can be done to get this person a bahrain citizenship.  Or a stateless bidoon.... This is a political issue and different gulf states have followed different measures (but not given nationality)...and I would advise you not to touch it.

So basically, a birth certificate would only help you in the first situation but it would not be easy to get... No standard process for cases such as this, exists. And secondly, it will put applicant at risk as I assume the person is illegal.

Right I don't think he needs Bahraini citizenship And he was born in Bahrain so I'm just figuring out how to obtain a birth certificate since he wasn't born in the hospital

As I said before, not standard process. You will need witnesses and declarations.... The risk is also that he is illegal now.

Hi Saint John.

Is he aware of his nationality? Yes he is illegal as XTang says but if he is aware of his nationality, the emabassy could help.  if there is any contact you could get from embassy to speak to the ambassador they would arrange for him to be repatriated and could allow him to come back without being blacklisted. This is only if he is aware of his nationality and has someone where is from where they could arrange his papers.

if he was born in Bahrain, at home without a birth certificate- this would be incredibly tough. If you know of any higher ups or contacts- that is the only way it would work.

They haven't given him any nationality neither the country nor the Embassy we have approached Sri Lanka Embassy because his mother is an Srl Lanka but unfortunately, she can't help him even the Embassy can't do anything the only way I can help him is getting the birth certificate in Bahrain to proof

But the problem is I don't know who to contact
