I’m from New York and while I speak Spanish finding a good, honest and reliable hair salon can be some what difficult. If you are looking for honest strictly basic service the Salon Salome in zona colonia is phenomenal. While I can’t vouch for haír color personally, I’ve seen some of their clients and they look great. Basic hair wash and dry service is great, single/double process color appear good, not sure about more technical process.

I have used a very specific person in  Plaza Central,  Jordy -  his  whatsapp and phone  1-809-990-4090  He did the hair in my  photo here.

The issue is he is very very busy.  And some days they do not work by appointment.

I've used Penelope at Bella cíao salon. She's Venezuelan but speaks English perfectly. They go by appointment which I loved! Can't report on colour but you can check out their work on Instagram bellaciaord. Contact :809 475 4433
