Travel TO Philippines FROM USA

Post new topic

Erwendo1

Finally almost time to depart for the Philippine and to marry my sweet finace'. Now, at the last moment I'm wondering what ALL of the required documents are in order to enter. I know of some of it via my travel agent, but I just don't want to miss anything.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks

Wellsfry

1) Us cdc Vax card
2) passport with no less than 6 months before expire.
3) PH OneHealthPass Registration (screenshot of QR Code)
4) RT-PCR taken within 48 hours of INITIAL flight To Philippines.
Note: you are no longer required ro take a covid test to fly WITHIN Philippines.
5) Traze App installed on your phone. I did this, however nobody ever checked... and I never turned it on... have since deleted it.
6) Covid insurance (minimum 35k)

I leave again on Monday, 28th also. Just came back to spend time with my sons and check my business... cheers! ðŸ»

What is this Covid Medical Policy? Is it only a travel policy? Where do you get them and what is the cost? Is it only used for entering? I am planning on staying there at least 6 months. Is it required for visa extensions?   Thanks for any and all help provided.

I don't think they ask new test for visa extension even if they do many place in Philippines offer test. if they ask it they probably  ask for your
vaccine  proof record.
I wouldn't stress over it

Yeh I will be travelling to the Philippines in May and would just like some clarification about the covid travel insurance. So all policies have medical cover up to a certain amount and most say they include covid cover but do you need a policy that specifically says covid related expenses up to (at least $35,000 or is it just sufficient for the policy to say that it covers covid and states that medical cover is provided for $35,000 or more like the standard policies do?

Thank you so much!
Can you elaborate on the onehealth thing? Where is it? How much time does it take, etc

aalottjr

You can get it from Philippines airline online or through SafetyWing one or the other offers medical travel insurance for months.
Enter your info and it will quote you a price

Just need medical coverage that says it covers Covid for that amount
