Blacklisted

Post new topic

Sardar Aamir Javed
Hi. I was deported from Bahrain as 6 months prison and a civil case on me. Criminal case closed as per judgement but for civil case they didn't ask me amount to pay and deported. Some one told me it's mentioned in judgement that you are blacklist from Bahrain. Can I travel to any other GCC country with work visa?
XTang
If not criminal case then yes.
Sardar Aamir Javed

@XTang  unfortunately it was blamed but yes a criminal case. But it's closed as I passed 6 months in prisons. In this case I can travel to other GCC or no

Regarding other GCC Countries, you can only know if you apply for any kind of visa. If any of the countries or employer requires a police clearance certificate from Bahrain then you will not be able to get it.
qaheri
@Sardar Aamir Javed
Yes you can
In bahrain you will be blacklisted for 3 years only

Sardar Aamir Javed

@topinsight01 No one required police clearance in any GCC countries. For immigration only needed police clearance

Sardar Aamir Javed

@qaheri Hi sir. Are you a lawyer? Can I remove my blacklist from system. Is their any procedure ? And in my judgement not mentioned 3 years it's mentioned life time deported. So I guess it's means blacklisted

- @Sardar Aamir Javed

Please check the message before you even respond. the countries or employer - Many employers in many countries require Police clearance as part of background verification.

Kindly do not post things which you do not have knowledge of.
Sardar Aamir Javed

@topinsight01 my intention was not to humiliate any one. Might be I have no info this. I'll double check. Sorry!! If u feel some thing bad

topinsight01
When employees are shifting countries some companies ask for a police clearance certificate from the previous country just to make sure they have not left the previous countries in some cases. This is especially in the case of Management level employees who are dealing with cash.
Sardar Aamir Javed

@topinsight01 noted with thanks dear. So, I can process my employment visa for any other GCC.

logicalindian
Agree with @topinsight01 these days many employers in Bahrain are requesting for a background checks when recruiting.

@Sardar Aamir Javed

You can go any GCC countries even if you were blklisted even for criminal or civil in bahrain

Criminal above subject to not major crimes which intimated your search warrant all over GCC or interpole like bank thefts or online frauds some one must have done

Non of countries share their data in GCC for smaller crimes
Sardar Aamir Javed

@GPS-ME appreciated ur response. In my case a blame from company and all tempered proofs unlucky I got sentence last year.

Sardar Aamir Javed

@logicalindian yes might be this is some thing new which I was not aware off. This forum helps me alot to understand my position

As I said before, criminal cases, depending on their nature (and severity) will create problems in GCC.

Their security database is linked. When your visa goes into immigration approval, they check it. If for example, the crime is of a violent nature, you will not get a visa. For minor ones where time has been served, there is likely to be no issue.

I have had personal experience with this as we had problems with some employees in different countries.  One had a problem with drunken assault in a bar where the other party was injured. His visa was refused in both Qatar and UAE.

So rule of thumb, if your crime resulted in physical harm to someone or you didn't serve your time ie ran away (for other non violent crimes) and warrant is pending; in those cases, you are likely to have an issue. Not otherwise.

BUT outside of the GCC, any felony even minor can lead to visa denial for most western countries visit visas.... If you admit to them on the visa form of course..... If you don't and they find out, there is a ban.

@XTang thank u dear. It helps me alot.
Plz let me know one more thing in an addition that my company didn't return my personal belongings to me while deporting. Undermentioned things are under my owners control.
My personal cell phone
My passport. ( Later on I made my out pass)
My CPR. Driving license. My laptop my wife laptop my original documents that were I my flat and all my flat stuff. Ad flat belongs to same owner.

Is their any rule in Bahrain I can get my personal stuff like my original docs my cell phone my laptop? Even my settlement and salaries are also pending around 5k dinar they didn't gave me any thing.
XTang
They can't hold it.  For personal items, especially passport, go to the police station and complain.

For pending salaries, you need to file a case at Ministry of Labor.
Sardar Aamir Javed

@XTang I am not in Bahrain. They deported me without recovering my personal things. How I can complain sitting my home country

XTang
Well now, you can either get a lawyer (pay money) and lodge a complaint.  Or try your luck with the Embassy (doubtful if they will do anything).  Or just forget it.
Sam Samuel Dani

@XTang Is there any possibility to lodge a case from the home country through a lawyer? I want to file a fraudulent case on an individual. Also he's running a private taxi and using innocent ladies for his needs. One of my sisters is a victim and also few other ladies. I got deported to my country and can't be physically available for the case but I have all the evidences.

Thank you

XTang

You will need to give a Power of attorney to a lawyer to file it on your behalf.

After I arrived in Bahrain Lmrah arrested me at a store and fined me 1000dinner in the store. .And I have been fined 100dinner After about 1.5 years, I applied for a house visa. After applying, I was taken away by phone from the police station. They said I have a fine of 100 days. Then I paid my fine...

The police are telling me that they are appealing to the court. Then I went to the court. The judge saw my passport and gave it to me after a while..

Later when I canceled my house visa and went to shop, lmrah says I have blacklist. Later when I go to sittra lmrah inspection they tell me to bring the paper from the court then they will give me visa. I was talking to a lawyer and he took my power ortini and then he didn't work anymore. Hi says she won't do it to get someone else to do it.

The court gave a verdict in this case for 3 years but my house visa was at the time of the verdict. Now my sentence is over 3 years but I am still staying in Bahrain. I am trying to apply visa. What should I do now, please help me

XTang

You are illegal i.e. without a visa.  On top, there is an issue of a blacklist due to previous offence.  What you need is a really good lawyer.  There is no chance to get a visa otherwise.

Ofelia Yanes

hi, i have a question i was accusing of stealing and I’m pregnant for 7 months when i went in jail for 1 month it supposed to be only 1 week if i paid a 1000dinar but  suddenly I didn’t give the money so i went i court and they give me 1 month sentence but before I finished the 1 month i gave the 1000 dinar and they put me

in the deportation to send me back in Philippines. It was the on 2021. Please i want to know if i can go back in Bahrain? Thankyou

XTang

Most probably not.

Ofelia Yanes

@XTang means that i will never comeback?

destiny4cute

please I am under three months probation period and the offer letter says that I can terminate the offer with a day notice if I wish to quit the job, now I sent a letter of resignation to my boss that I will be resigning giving him two weeks plus some days notice that I will be resigning on the 30th of July, but his response was that he doesn't want me to leave and even if I will leave that I will have to wait till he gets someone as good as me to replace me before I leave. If not that I will have problem because his with my passport and will not open mobility for me to transfer my visa to the new job which I got already.. please what should I do on this issue? Am I not permitted to resign? Even when it's written boldly in the offer letter that I can terminate the offer during my probation period of u wish to ? Please advise me on this what to do incase he become so hard on me

Amd22

@destiny4cute You can resign in the probation period, there should be no complications. Please reach out to LMRA.

XTang

You can resign but mobility is not a right if you have worked with employer for less than one year.  In this case, they can cancel your visa and new employer can apply for a visa for you.

destiny4cute

@Amd22 okay, thank you so much for your response regarding my question.. I sincerely appreciate your kindness.. ðŸ™

destiny4cute

@XTang I'm still under probation period, have not yet signed any contract with the company either .. still within three months probation period

XTang

I know. Mobility is NOT your right irrespective of probation.  You are on their visa.  All probation period means is that you can resign. It doesn't mean that they have to give you mobility. If they choose they can do that but to get mobility without their approval, you need to have worked for them for 1 year.  Is it clear now?
